MARIETTA, GA (January 4, 2010) – Listening to the needs of their customers Coolray and Mr. Plumber have expanded their in-house call center hours of operation. Customers can now reach a "live" customer service representative between the hours of 7AM and 12AM - Monday through Sunday. Overnight emergencies (Midnight to 7AM) will be responded to by their emergency service personnel.
Ken Haines, President of Coolray and Mr. Plumber states, “We feel it is critical that our customers be able reach us when they need us most to resolve their air conditioning, heating and plumbing problems and questions immediately”.

Coolray Heating and Cooling is a family-owned business, founded in 1966 by Ray Fossel. They serve the greater Atlanta area with offices in Marietta, Jonesboro and Suwanee with a staff of more than 240 employees.
