Must be EPA certified. Of course, your N.A.T.E certification is a plus. Valid Alabama driver’s license required.

Coolray Lead Coordinators are an essential part of the Coolray Sales Department as they work as the first point of contact with the client looking to schedule. The Lead Coordinator is expected to provide a world class customer experience when coordinating a Comfort Consultant appointment to go over products to resolve their home comfort needs.
Our Coolray Lead Generators must possess the ability to identify potential customers who have needs for our air conditioning and heating products within the Home Depot store environment without being pushy or over-bearing. We are looking for people who can easily relate to others. We support you with the best possible training and resources to make yourself a success. In the role you will qualify potential customers through open, friendly and engaging dialogue and seeks to establish a sales appointment for your sales teammates.
