Coolray Heating & Cooling Teams Up With Trane to Donate Cooling Systems to Local Boys & Girls Club

Posted 08-25-10

(Marietta, Georgia August 25, 2010) – Last Thursday the theft of multiple air conditioners used to cool hundreds of youngsters in the Metro Atlanta Boys & Girls Club have left the youth facility struggling to keep cool and supporters of the Boys & Girls Club shocked that anyone could steal from children.

Coolray in cooperation with Trane is donating seven complete HVAC systems to the Lawrenceville Boys & Girls Club. Ken Haines, President of Coolray, states, “We are committed to the Boys & Girls Club and will be donating and replacing all seven systems at no charge. It saddens us to see this kind of activity in our community and we want to help out in any way we can.”

Coolray will be installing the new HVAC systems this week and plans to have everything up and going within 3-4 days. Haines states, “We want the Boys & Girls Club to be able to go back to business as usual and continue to provide a safe, comfortable environment for our community’s youth.”

Anyone interested in donating to the Metro Atlanta Boys & Girls Club can go to: http://www.bgcma.org.
