MARIETTA, GA (January 15, 2009) – Coolray Heating and Cooling was recently recognized by Trane earning the Titanium Dealer Award for 2008. This award was given by Trane to their outstanding dealers. According to David Otto, Territory Manager at the Trane Corporation, the top tier award given was the Titanium Award, then the Platinum, Gold and lastly the Silver Award. Otto states, “We have over 400 dealers in the State of Georgia and only 50 qualified for an award and only two received the highest recognition, the Titanium Award.”
According to Otto, Coolray was the largest Trane residential dealer in the State of Georgia in 2008. Trane rates them as being #1 in customer satisfaction as a Comfort Specialist company, #1 in sales volume, and #1 in sales of Green “high efficiency” Trane products.
Not every dealer qualifies as a Trane Comfort Specialist dealer.
