Coolray Completes Acquisition of Total Comfort, Inc.

(Marietta, GA 3/15/10) – Coolray announced today the acquisition of certain assets of Lawrenceville based Total Comfort, Inc. The acquisition helps Coolray increase its presence in the Gwinnett County area and better serve customers through increased availability and quicker response times.

According to Ken Haines, President of Coolray, “This acquisition will provide a major benefit to our Gwinnett County customers. The employees of Total Comfort bring a high level of expertise and experience that will compliment and enhance our current service offerings. I am confident that the acquisition will help us to further improve the quality of service to Gwinnett homeowners and businesses.”

With this acquisition, Coolray will increase its workforce and provide increased availability of services as well as faster response times, while Haines also pledged the continuation of “the same high quality service and value customers have come to expect along with expanded hours of operation” according to Haines.
