The Consumers' Choice Award™ for Business Excellence has been honoring companies with this award since 1987. This program conducts annual surveys of the general public in which consumers are asked to identify their favorite businesses. Respondents consider criteria such as value, professionalism, and service when making their choice.
The purpose of the award is to publicly identify those establishments that have been voted by consumers as being their choice for excellence. It is, therefore, regarded as a highly prestigious award.
