Marietta, GA (January 11, 2016) -- Coolray Heating and Cooling has earned the service industry’s coveted Angie’s List Super Service Award, reflecting an exemplary year of service provided to members of the local services marketplace and consumer review site in 2015. The annual award from Angie’s List recognizes companies who provide consistently high-quality customer service. This is the 9th time overall that Coolray has been honored with the award.

Angie’s List Super Service Award 2015 winners have met strict eligibility requirements, which include an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade and review period grade; the company must be in good standing with Angie’s List, pass a background check and abide by Angie’s List operational guidelines.;
Service company ratings are updated daily on Angie’s List. Companies are graded on an A through F scale in areas ranging from price to professionalism to punctuality.
According to Angie’s List, less than 5% of eligible companies receive the annual Super Service Award due to these stringent standards.
Coolray and subsidiaries Mr. Plumber and BriteBox are locally owned and operated. They serve the greater metro Atlanta area with a staff of more than 350 employees from offices in Marietta, Suwanee and Jonesboro.
