Coolray Acquires Conyers Based Metro Mechanical Inc.

(Marietta, GA----6/1/2015)  Coolray Heating and Cooling Inc. (Coolray) a privately held provider of heating, air conditioning, plumbing, home security and automation services announced today it has acquired Conyers based Metro Mechanical Inc. a 31 year old family-owned HVAC business with a significant presence across the metro Atlanta area.

Ken Haines, Chief Executive Officer of Marietta based Coolray said, “Metro Mechanical is an established, well-managed company with a very attractive business mix that adds considerable strategic benefits to Coolray. The acquisition helps Coolray increase its presence in the eastern metro Atlanta area and better serve customers through increased capacity, synergies resulting in quicker response times and an overall better customer experience”.
