What does it mean to be “Trust Certified”? A look into Coolray company standards

Our company was built on the trustworthy and dependable standards we set back in 1966 when we first began serving the Atlanta area. We are firm believers in the “people helping people” philosophy. Alongside our core beliefs of honesty and dependability, this philosophy is the basis of our business principles. We back that up with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee - in addition to the warranties and guarantees that come with the products we sell, install, and service.

But what does this blue “Trust Certified” seal really mean for business practices, and how can it benefit you as a customer?

What Our Trust Certification Means For You

Every member of the Coolray team has undergone a drug test and taken a criminal background check. In addition, our HVAC and plumbing technicians are required to attend hundreds of hours every year of ongoing training.

But we don’t stop there. We expect our team members to meet our additional training requirements, as well as the professional and customer service standards we set. This way, we’re able to ensure that our customers are always satisfied with the work we do.

The Experience We Require of Our Staff

Our HVAC techs and installation specialists are all EPA certified. The EPA (the United States Environmental Protection Agency) aims to protect human health and the environment by implementing environmental laws through regulations. Therefore, all of our technicians meet the national standards. Most are also NATE certified. NATE (North American Technician Excellence) is the country’s largest non-profit organization that certifies HVAC and refrigeration technicians. It represents the industry standard for proof of knowledge and experience in the field, and certification is awarded to individuals who pass the rigorous exam.

In addition, our plumbers must have a Georgia license. Our electricians are trained and supervised by a Master Electrician.

How We Differ from the Competition

Our goal is to emphasize excellence in everything we do. Whether providing service in your home or at your business, we commit to exceeding your expectations by offering our expertise at a great value and as quickly as possible. We always call ahead to let you know when we're on the way, and we require your signature before getting started on any projects. This way, we can guarantee there will be no surprises.

Beyond the Trust Certification

  • We have an in-house call center that has staff available to respond to emergencies 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.
  • Our company is 100% committed to providing quality and value through all of our services.
  • We offer a flexible appointment schedule. We work around your schedule—not the other way around.
  • We have a team of highly trained and certified professionals. We wouldn’t send staff to your home if we didn’t trust them to work in our own homes.
  • You can count on our companies to give you a flat rate estimate in writing, and we wait for your approval before work ever begins.

We are proud of our tradition of excellence and will continue our mission to build long-lasting relationships with our customers through our winning spirit and commitment to your 100% satisfaction.
