What is Trust Certification?

When you are part of the Coolray and Mr. Plumber team, you're trained to the highest standards and committed to 100% customer satisfaction.

Our Trust Certified Team Members: 

• Must pass drug and criminal background sceenings
• Must pass N.A.T.E (North American Technical Excellence) aptitude testing
• Plumbers must be individually licensed by the State of Georgia
• Possess a clean driver's license
• Wear shoe covers while in your home or office
• Pass Georgia D.O.T physical exam (if applicable)
