Heating and Cooling Service Warranty 

• All Repairs - Lifetime Parts and Labor

If our repair fails, we will fix or replace that part at no charge.  All we require is that you keep your system properly maintained with a Coolray maintenance agreement. If you desire to maintain the system yourself or through a different service provider, all repairs still remain covered by our standard 1 year parts and labor warranty effective from the date repairs were made.


Plumbing Service Warranty

• General Plumbing Repairs - 1 year parts and labor
• Water Heaters (Bradford White premium line)  lifetime tank warranty
• Drain (Waste) Line Clearing - 30 days (no warranty on removal of roots)
• Main Water Line Replacement - 5 years parts & labor (copper pipe) - 3 years parts and labor (Schedule 80 PVC) - 2 years parts and labor (polyethylene)
• Main Sewer Line Replacement - 3 years parts and labor
• Main Sewer Line Repair (no dig epoxy patch) - Lifetime parts and labor
• Main Sewer Line Repair - 1 year parts and labor

Septic Service Warranty

• General Repairs - 1 year parts and labor
• Drain-Field Replacement - 3 years parts and labor
• Septic Tank and Field Line Repairs - 1 year parts and labor
• Septic Scrub Services - 1 year parts and labor
