Coolray and Mr. Plumber - Expanded Call Center Hours 

MARIETTA, GA (January 4, 2010) – Listening to the needs of their customers Coolray and Mr. Plumber have expanded their call center hours of operation.  Customers can now reach a Coolray and Mr. Plumber customer service representative between the hours of 7AM and 12AM - Monday through Sunday.  Overnight  emergencies (Midnight - 7AM) will be responded to by their emergency service personnel.  

Ken Haines, President of Coolray and Mr. Plumber states, “We feel it is critical that our customers be able reach us when they need us most to resolve their air conditioning, heating and plumbing problems and questions immediately”.
