Coolray Heating and Cooling Acquires All Weather Heating and Cooling

MARIETTA, GA (July 1, 2006) – Coolray Heating and Cooling recently acquired Shell Home Comfort (formally All Weather Heating & Cooling). Ken Haines, President of Coolray Heating and Cooling states, “It is a good fit for us.  We now have a physical presence on the south side of Atlanta and we are better able to serve our customers through increased response times.”

All Weather Heating & Cooling was founded in 1969 and has been a leader in providing home comfort to customers in south Atlanta.  According to Haines, “the management, customer service staff, and service professionals are local people who live and work in Atlanta and will make an excellent addition to our team.  The employees have the same commitment to customer satisfaction and the combined company will provide new opportunities for everyone involved.”

With the acquisition, Coolray’s service footprint has now expanded to include 12 counties in the greater Atlanta area.

Ultimately, the real benefit is to our customers who will get faster service, expanded service choices, and increased over-all value.  According to Haines, “This is a win-win-win for our customers, employees and Coolray.”
